About Stephen M.R. Covey

Respected and sought after by executives and leaders of Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid- and small-sized private and public sector organizations, Covey demonstrates how trust can be a hard-edged economic driver - a learnable and measurable skill that makes organizations more profitable, people more promotable and relationships more energizing. He maintains that the ability to establish, grow, extend and restore trust with all stakeholders is THE critical leadership competency of the new global economy. Covey's success as a CEO speaks for itself - taking shareholder value from $2.4 milliion to $160 million, including a global expansion and a successful merger.  In addition to his work as an author, speaker, and consultant, Covey is currently serving on the board/advisory board for several entities, including the Human Performance Institute as Advisory Board Chairman.
